I bought this in open box satisfactory condition. Its cosmetic quality was almost perfect.
Positives :
Gorgeous UHD+ OLED display. Quiet keyboard with nice feedback. Thunderbolt ports. USB-A port, SD card port. Solid WiFi with good range.
Negatives:
It's heavy!
The vents are at the bottom, which means you can't place it in your lap. Unless it's sitting on a hard surface like a desk, the laptop gets HOT.
The touchpad was very flaky and became unusable after 3 days. I had to start using the touchscreen instead. Luckily I found a bios update on Dell's website. The touchpad seems to be behaving well now. Will update this review in a couple of days.
UPDATE AFTER 2 DAYS: I ended up returning it because the touchpad became unusable.

Having bought this after seeing the deal, I can confirm that the touchpad is borderline unusable
Thanks for the first hand-experience.
If you aren't returning it, I hope it can be improved with some driver update or similar, or that you can use a Bluetooth mouse most of the time, which is my preference anyway whenever possible.

Just bought one Open Box - Satisfactory. KILLER deal for $680-ish
It looks 100% perfect.
Runs 100% perfect.
I made sure everything was updated. (BIOS, drivers, windows, etc)
No touchpad issues.
Runs nice and fast, very stable. 400 Nit UHD+ OLED is a huge bonus, I didn't know I wanted this + touch + 2-in-1. Still not sure I need the dedicated graphics but maybe running multiple monitors when one is UHD+?
It does run a bit warm on my lap or in bed... with the fan going off-and-on depending on what I'm doing...
Just ordered a 32GB RAM upgrade kit (16GBx2) for $48.

Unfortunately, I had to return it because the touchpad stopped working a day after the bios update that had supposedly fixed its problem.

Would definitely recommend!

Such a major problem from such a big brand is really disappointing to see.
Glad it was still in the return window at least.
