I nabbed this set last time it was on sale. The fittings are pretty good, but the air hose is definitely cheap and will be the first thing to go.

I've got a cheap coil hose like this that has lasted 5+ years - disconnecting the hose from the compressor to let it depressurize when not in use will really help prolong the life (as will not stretching it as far as it can possibly go)

YMMV, but even cheaper/slicker in store, mine had a pile for $7.xx I was tempted size needed more fittings, but didn't want another hose.

A quick search shows that polyurethane recoil hoses are better or more desirable than the nylon recoil included in this set. Probably depends on how often you are using it.

This is a pretty good price and almost wanted to nab but dont need and with the hose being the weakest part I will pass. never happened to me but if a hose springs a leak or breaks under pressure, youve got a mighty dangerous whip.

I have one of these sets I leave in my RV along with a small compressor for filling up bike tires, inflatables for the lake, etc. For $10, it works well and has all the basic pieces you need. It will also all fit in the container when assembled which makes organization easy.

I would not recommend this for regular use, but it's great for a space efficient set that'll work in a pinch or for light usage.

The hose is made of cheap stiff PVC ... if it lasts a year - or even 6 months - it will be a miracle .. you are buying the fittings .. not the hose at this price ...

It's only $10. That said 90% of the fitting will never be used, hose is out in 6 months and gauge either wont work at all or gives different readings every time you try it on same device . More clutter in the garage but it's only $10

I have this. I wasn't impressed. The QD fitting always leaked and the recoil is so taught it's difficult to maneuver around a floor full of tools, drop cloths, and other obstacles. The psi gauge is surprisingly good. I have been much happier with the, admittedly, more expensive flexzilla branded hose.
