I've got this. It tastes like it is 99% potatos. They overpower everything else. Keep that in mind.

potatoes, cabbage flakes, onions, carrot dices, celery slices, and green and red bell peppers.

Any recommendations for blends WITHOUT the potatoes? These are typically great for ramen, or camping soups. But cheap filler potatoes makes it a no go for me.

I love Harmony House's version. Funny enough I use it 75% to add to my ramen - Nong Shim or Fire Noodles.
