Uh, 1 and 2 are categorically false.

Have had this card for years, and have done online bill pay (through the website or the BoA app) the entire time.
I can second this. While I've had a lot of other issues over the years with BofA it's not any moreso than Fargo or Chase.

Only card that closed my account for no reason, payments always paid on time, and i just went 2 months without using it and they closed it.

My biggest issue with Bank of America is they make it incredibly difficult to make a credit card payment with an outside checking account. Basically have to use a BoA checking for payments. I have 12 credit cards and the BoA card I have is my least favorite for that alone.

FYI there is a fee on foreign currency purchases just in case anyone was wondering.
What not named Discover, no annual fees card that has no fx fee?

Any CapitalOne no annual fee card.

I guess you could argue both are basically the same now, though, since CapitalOne just bought Discover.

Also, the Bank of America Travel Rewards card has no annual fee or foreign exchange fee.
