Decent deal but I'll never buy from SCUF because their absurdly broad patent, which never should have been approved, for rear buttons on controllers stifles innovation in the controller market.

It did. They successfully sued Valve over their Steam controller on the basis of that patent. They may have made a previous unsuccessful attempt that I'm not aware of.

These are actually pretty quality and prefer these over the paddles the elite came with. Their thumb replacements, though pretty good for a couple months, turn to absolute garbage though

When I contacted them years ago over the sticks, they claimed it Like an high performance tire. You expect wear and tear to happen.

Great paddles, just be aware that you can't use the Elite 2 charging base, the paddles get in the way.
