I'm near Knot's Berry Farm, could I buy the Bay Area pass with the all parks addon, and only use it for Knot's, without ever setting foot on the Bay Area park?

They now have a recently built water park and added new rides. The water park is awesome. Winter fest is awesome. Ice skating will be available during winter fest with extra charge. If you live in the Bay Area, a season pass is the best deal.
