As an alternative use. You can get them and tie them to your ez-up style canopy to keep them from blowing away. @$2.25 each that's a pretty slick deal

Maybe some wrist/forearm exercises for those with larger hands/arms. I have 3lbs I use for wrist/forearm exercises. Go in squat position to work out the legs simultaneously, extend both arms straight out in front of you, hold the dumbells by one end and proceed to do reps by bending wrists downward and back straight out in front of you.
