Seems like it. Can't add it to the cart. The other seller that you can add to cart is much higher price. Annoyingly, the 4-pack link here redirects to the 1-pack, so some SDers are going to get confused.
Speaking from experience: I used these to light the pathway on the ingress and egress of the rental unit I built behind my house. Stuff goes bad pretty fast in southern california that's subjected to the direct exposure of the CA sun, especially the San Fernando Valley heat, where it got up to 118 the last few years at one point. Even with that, the ones I got initially (I paid 40 for em) kept on truckin and lighting the way. It wasn't until a full almost 5 years after buying them first did they begin to stop working. I would buy these all again at 40 bucks-- that's 10 bucks for 5 years worth of automatic solar motion lights? Yeah, man, that's a purchase I'm down with. But having that same thing for 3 bucks a pop AND free shipping? Grab it up, fellas and ladies. Everyone should fill their cups to the top while the getting's good. I ain't seen em this cheap hardly ever, and if they are, they aren't the super wide ones like these.

I bought the similar product in Amazon also about$15 last year. I don't know if the quality of this one is much better or not, but they all look similar. For me, it is just regular price, not a deal.

Just sayin. Dope deal.
Ended up getting these out here in SoCal few months back and they've been fine so far: https://a.co/d/cWtMJq1

Looks like they're all around that price now-- 5 years ago, not so much. Looks like I should have just taped a flashlight to the head of a neighborhood kid, sent him up the 12t wall that's 5inches wide, and waited for my tenants to come and go and made sure he stayed frosty on the power switch. oh well, you live and you learn.
