I own this cabinet. You need two tracks. It mounts to the top track then rests on the bottom track, so it's level. We used the empty space on the tracks for some baskets.

If you're picking between the two, avoid FastTrack like the plague. They shortened the rail by 1" to save a few cents, making it impossible to screw the furthest two studs straight 16" on center.

The last two studs you have to screw in to the side of the stud instead of straight on, reducing its hold capacity. They were also too lazy to update their instructions, so you'll just need to figure this out for yourself.

A lot of negative reviews about this.

Hahah, I bought mine from the the same sale. You must have missed the sale on the accessories kits. I have more types of hooks than I can use. Need more wall space. haha

Do you know if the larger cabinet (36"x79") come with he bracket to hang it on to the gear wall. i picked up two from lowes and one used one from a local guy and don't see anything to use to mount to the gear wall. do you have to buy that piece separately.

I believe you're referring to the 36" x 72" cabinet? If so, you're looking for Gladiator P/N GABK362PSS and it does not come with the cabinet.
