This screw gun is amazing. Push to drill function helps save battery and cut down on the noise.

Getting a 2nd one. 1 lives on an extension pole and the other on a belt.

If you go with Home Depot is it hackable (buy the bundle and cancel the battery)? You would get each tool for ~$95

It's not "hackable". And it's not that hard to tell when something is hackable. If you add the combo to cart and you only see one item in your cart. Then it's is NOT hackable. Only bundles that ring up as multiple different items with different prices are hackable. I don't know why people are struggling with this

Also. Each tool would not be $96. That's not how it works. I don't really have time to teach arithmetic right now.

I think it depends on how you get to the product. This link takes you to the drywall cutout tool where you add the battery and charger as a free gift ($179). In the cart the cutout tool is $94.80. So, based on what you said, this would be hackable.

Lil effort goes a long way, cut-out and the screwgun comes to $94.80 hacked. Otherwise, OP still has a good deal if you want the batt pack. Thanks for sharing!

He was in such a hurry to s-post he forgot to add the battery and charger kit to his cart, which is why there was only one item in there. But it's understandable because he's apparently quite short on time.

I am noticing that both the screwgun and the cutout tool are unavailable to ship and the page includes a note: this item is only returnable to store.

I remember when these were on sale all the time for 130... I picked up one for $70 at the time... (Within 3 years)... Boy that was a good choice even though I have only used it twice...

Pretty much. Tell them you don't want it when you go to pick it up. If shipped to your home, just return it.
