It is actually, if you intend on using it in the spring or you're replacing your current one.

What a weird comment.

Have the intex version of this. Buy a bigger pump from the get go. Mine came with a 530 gph pump and upgraded to a 1500 gph pump. Keeps the pool staying much cleaner for longer.

Buy some grass seed too for when this leaves a 12' circle on your lawn.

Good deal, but at 2 1/2 feet deep, this is more of an oversized cattle trough than a swimming pool.

Are you sure it's not one of those inflatable pools?

Obviously you aren't aware that before setting up an above ground pool you have to DIG up the ground and level it off with sand before setting the pool down on the ground. If you don't, the pool will eventually collapse.

Most HOA's won't allow this in your backyard. Check first.

please dont judge me as this was a first run with no experience.
we bought one of those inflatable pools (10feet by i believe 2.5feet)
We inflated and filled the pool which we placed on top of our backyard lawn.
Removed after about 2 weeks due to some issue.
We knew we didn't care about the grass even if it died since we were planning to get rid of it.
What we DIDN"T know was that the ground underneath the pool "rotted" or something because it smelled like cow crap on a farm...

Had to dig up about 2 to 3 inches of the soil and trash it (backbreaking labor)
Just wanted to let ppl know to avoid doing this. Also if there is someone who can explain what is the correct way, would appreciate it!
