I had one of these, they hold their value, but battery is the weakest link, eventually doesn't hold much charge. Otherwise of you think you can keep it in good shape, they are not bad actually.

Had 2. Both batteries died. 1st one got really weak by year 3 and got rid of it. Second one by year 4 totally dead. Normal usage by preteen/teen (1x a week maybe)

Chain driven power train? 250w? 20 Volts Lead acid battery? Was this built in 2005? Considering all the maintenance involved, hard pass even at $155. You're better off with a Hover-1 Journey at Wallyworld when it goes on sale

agreed this thing is ancient, bad battery tech. Can do better just wait.
