There should be automatic reps per thumbs on a deal you post, just to counter literally everyone liking a deal and not bothering to rep as well (which is the real thanks you can give OP).
Really makes you wonder about all the staff who conveniently has so much rep for just posting a stream of mediocre sponsored deals that nobody really even likes. I guess if it's a staff posting a deal all the users magically start repping that specific deal. It's so perplexing that they magically have multiple thousands of reps for such little effort. 🤔

and i got half my rep points for some two dollar gorilla tape - my main point in posting was suggesting it as a filler for an amazon locker pickup that was going at the time.
edit: and i've had rep points for comments with no thumbs up - more than once.
