I had their stretchdown jacket and used it disc golfing weekly all winter for 4 or 5 seasons. Every spring I'd have to send it in for warranty work from small holes from where it got caught on bushes, thorns etc. shipping is about $12 to get it to them, and the repair and return shipping were free. I got nothing but compliments on it, and it kept me warm as long as kept moving.

This spring I sent it in again and they said they couldn't repair it and gave me a gift card for the FULL MSRP, $346!! I had the hooded version, but I'm using part of my credit for a non-hooded version. Unbeatable warranty process! Thanks for the deal!

How long is their warranty? And their warranty even covers your fault?

Warranty is for "the practical life of the product". The text on their site says it does NOT cover wear and tear, accidents etc but I've never had them refuse to patch a hole from thorns and sticks and I've had many.

The only "frustrating" part is that they require that you wash the garment before mailing it in—which I totally understand—because this inevitably results in a loss of a bunch of down in the machine depending on how big the hole is.

Would still recommend, I've got a brand new jacket in the mail and $250 left over so I'm not sure how I can complain
