10 or 20A? Sure, but 7.5?
It is a really good price, but if you are tripping fuses so often you need a 5-pack, there is something seriously wrong with the electrical install on your car.
Long story short: in theory you should never ever ever need a fuse, have a flat tire, have a breaker trip in your house or need to go to the ER. But there is a reason all of them exist.

Everyone I know has experienced a flat tire at some point in time. Never heard of a car fuse blowing... and certainly not enough to stock up on them just because of price. There is rare, and then there is RARE.
If you have aftermarket lights, winches, go offroading / or live in an area with snow (water + electricity = bad) blowing a fuse is not uncommon. Or just have an older car. Also lots of other devices use this type of fuse.
BTW, I'd bet many of your professional automotive repairs were them changing a fuse then telling you they replaced the connected component.
I will say though: if you do not understand how a fuse is useful, having one is probably going to be useless. Like a monkey holding a million dollars...he just can't see the value.
The bulk box of fuses (this type + mini blade + mini blade (flush)) all combined cost be $21. (Each one about $7, and each box had 100+ fuses in them).
Is "Fast Acting" really bring up the price of these types of fuses?
