Edit: the 7600M XT is a direct competitor to the mobile 4060, so yeah, pretty sure the mobile 4070 is going to be a step up.
As for this particular deal, it seems a little pricey, considering the GPU and only 16GB RAM. I do like the multiple video outputs, though. Excellent if you're also using for work and need multiple monitor support.
