What are the chances getting genuine Oral-B item here?
Maybe it's just me, but for stuff like this I fully expect to receive a counterfeit item that is indistingushable from the real deal. I just order cheap generic Chinese brushes. Work just as good as originals and I don't have to play the stupid game with Amazon inventory commingling.

I'm always worried about ordering these from amazon too because of counterfeits.

Where do you buy the cheap generic brushes? Do you think they work well compared to the genuine ones? Thanks!

You can buy cheap generic brushes off AliExpress. Quality may vary. From the ones I bought, they don't work as well but YMMV.

If they are indistinguishable, then it is likely real. Counterfeits tend to have poor quality control. Generally, if the bristles are cut well, firm and tight, as well as fade over time, it is a genuine product. You should not be able to scratch off the Oral-B logo either.

So why buy these over the other generic Oral-B toothbrush heads? These from the link below look fine to me?

ive been using the generic ones on ebay for a few years. the only difference i notice compared to the real ones, is the real ones might be slightly softer brushes...maybe

I get generic and real ones from time to time, the generics soften out more quickly but seem to work fine otherwise. You can also buy 5 of them for every 1 real one.

Made of food grade materials? Leeching dangerous chemicals? Yeah I'll stick to reputable brands for now, even though it feels like I'm getting ripped off left and right.

That's what I'm wondering about too. Heard about the tainted radioactive metals from China?
