What are the chances getting genuine Oral-B item here?
Maybe it's just me, but for stuff like this I fully expect to receive a counterfeit item that is indistingushable from the real deal. I just order cheap generic Chinese brushes. Work just as good as originals and I don't have to play the stupid game with Amazon inventory commingling.

They are going to be fake. If you want real ones the cheapest you are going to get except for a super sale is the 45 dollar 10 pack at costco which is a semi regular sale price.

So why buy these over the other generic Oral-B toothbrush heads? These from the link below look fine to me?

Well, the others are well rated, but they are not oral-b. So it depends what means the most to you.

Sure, maybe, but this is Amazon deal - whether you are getting genuine product is a gamble.
If you want genuine, buy at Costco.

Not necessarily. Oral-B toothbrush heads are cheaper in the UK. It's also not uncommon for big companies to sell things at a loss from time to time either.

There are just some things that if you buy from Amazon, you have to assume it's fake. Sd cards and toothbrush heads are 2 examples. It doesn't matter if it's sold by Amazon. Fool me once.

That's what I'm wondering about too. Heard about the tainted radioactive metals from China?
Maybe from Fukushima?
