Hi everyone!
I am asking if anyone has had success combining free mags lately.
When I have tried, I get a call center in another country and all they will do is tell me that someone else paid for the sub so I must contact them if I want to combine. Which is impossible. Thoughts on how to do this? I really don't need 3 hard copies of the same mag (although I do pass them around).
Thanks!

I haven't had to do this in a while but when I did it was online. I went to the customer service portal for the magazine and logged in with my subscription info. Sometimes there was an option for dealing with duplicates. If not, I used the form for sending a message. I listed the account numbers of both subscriptions and asked that they be combined. I know this worked twice but I do recall a third time that it didn't work with a sub I got through a reseller. Good luck.
