It's almost half the price on AliExpress, same specs no RGB for $78. It's called firebat ak2 plus , look under super deals. It sells out fast but does get restocked often too.

There was another thread for acemagic and someone commented about BeeLink being superior but is ban from SD. So most likely your BeeLink is better quality but you won't see it on communist SD.

Ordered one. $77.31 from Aliexpress.

Anyone recommend a small monitor I can mount this to (on the back)?

Look at an off lease desktop mini. I think the G6 Prodesks can do 32gb.
What is the power usage of the G6 ProDesk? And how does the performance compare to these N95/N100?

How is the fan noise?
Not noticeable to me at all. I only heard it from 2 ft away when running Cinebench and even then it is quieter than a desktop PC running benchmarks. The mini PC only uses 18-22W power total on max load so it doesn't have much to cool.

so whats your point? going to a honda post and asking why my mercedes didnt deserve it? it only costs $50k more.
I'm saying the alternative (cheap) mini PCs I've tried are trash and not worth the money I paid. They are unreliable, unsupported, and sound like a jet engine 24/7. We're allowed to have opinions here still, right? I can make recommendations? Or is that also not allowed in SD?

You get what you pay for is marketing. I have a Trigkey and Beelink and other than minor venting out of the back and case opening them up inside they are the same ODM and board.
It's not marketing, it's an adage, and is absolutely true in this case. I've never even heard of Trigkey.

Any recommendations for mini PCs with an audio optical out? I would just run 4k video files to a TV.

I'd connect HDMI to the TV, but also optical out to a receiver with speakers.

Trying to understand you have never heard of Trigkey, but I say it's the exact same ODM. So what is your counterpoint? Since you have never heard of them, and they are cheaper then that supports your point that you get what you pay for?

Optical is an obsolete standard and most new consumer grade stuff isn't designed with it. Instead of trying to buy new hardware to work with optical, upgrade to a setup that supports ARC. Otherwise if you still need it you can buy an HDMI to optical breakout box rather than limit your hardware choices to only stuff that still has optical out in 2023.

Not everything has nuance. You're comparing 2 manufacturers, only one of which I've heard of. But I should probably understand my audience as you think paying more money for what many people here feel is a better product is just a marketing ploy.

Why can't Beelink be posted here?? They are absolutely superior to this. I came here to ask if this suffers from the same cheap build (plastic everything, loud uncontrollable fan, etc) as the CHUWI and KAMRUI mini PCs I've bought and subsequently returned.
Just my assumption BeeLink doesnt pay SD enough money to get posted on here...

I honestly didn't know there were any restrictions on any sellers who were legitimate companies. I mean, I don't consider Newegg terribly reputable, but they're all over the place 🤣. But seriously, is there a list of disallowed companies? That's extremely shady!
