These are HomeAssistant compatible, but you need to do a bit of hackery to get the local key's from the bulbs. Guides are googleable, I just did the process last week. I am using LocalTuya integration, if that helps
Man, I am so hit and miss on these damn bulbs. I have bought\returned at least 8 or 12 of these over the years. They simply loose connection and become a pain to reset.
1. I go outside and see some bulbs off or turn on a light fixture with 3-5 bulbs and some are off.
2. Open app, bulb(s) shows offline but others right next to it are working fine (not a wifi issue).
3. Turn bulb on and off 5 times to reset.
4. Bulb is SLOWLY flashing like it reset (brand new out of the box they flash fast).
5. Add bulb in app
6. Bulb stops flashing and turns white but app says timeout connecting.
7. Repeat.
8. Repeat.
9. Buy new bulbs, swap bulbs, put non-working ones in box, return.

Amazon has SYLVANIA Wifi LED Smart Light Bulb, 60W Equivalent Full Color and Tunable White A19, Dimmable, Compatible with Alexa and Google Home Only - 4 Pack for $14.18
These exact bulbs have been flaky for us, got them recently. If you get them I recommend setting up via app and then updating the firmware as this seems to help with the funk.
Functionally what's the difference between these and the Bluetooth ones? I don't have a smart speaker yet but I use Google for everything. Which one is better? The Bluetooth meshing is a cool feature but I don't see that being a problem for me.

You're able to control them away from home, set up better automations, use them with home assistant

The Bluetooth Sylvania smart bulbs worked intermittently for me. They would disconnect frequently, or would not work reliably when I needed them to. When I switched over to the Wi-Fi equivalent bulbs, all the connection issues disappeared.
I believe the customer reviews on the Bluetooth bulbs on Amazon were saying the same thing. I'd never go back to the Bluetooth-only bulbs again after having switched.

Yes, can confirm. I have the Lenovo version as well as some unknown brands. Local Tuya works well, after the hakery.
Yeah, there's a reason why you can buy that many houses everywhere else because California is the only place that doesn't suck in the United States. Lol.
Overpriced and overtaxed isn't the flex you think it is....
