If you're already on a high protein diet, they won't do much.
BCAA/EAA supplements were hyped up a lot 10 years ago but have pretty much been debunked in recent years and categorized as a waste of money. The science against their usefulness is pretty strong, It's amazing people are still using them. Always be suspicious of the supplement industry, snake oil is everywhere.
Pretty much protein and creatine are the only supplements that do anything. Everything else is just around if you don't get it in your diet (B vitamins for vegetarians, Omega 3's for people that don't eat fish, fiber and basic vitamins for people that don't eat enough vegetables, etc).

My 2 cents is that BCAAs are pretty overhyped in general, they are supposed to aid in recovery and healing muscle fibers. Realistically, EAAs are even better than BCAAs in effectiveness but are less marketable. A full range amino acid profile is gonna be better than an isolated blend of branched chain. This product seems to be EAAs so combined with a whey isolate supplement and good exercise/diet habits, they are definitely something you want to include in your regimen
If you enjoy flavored water go for it. Anybody who is training in anyway or shape is already getting all their aminos from either their protein or just the food they eat in the day.

Thanks. $13 shipped is a great deal. I like sipping on these throughout my workout, I feel it gives it me more energy. After 60-90 minutes I feel like I can still keep going.
Also, I filled my water reservoir up with aminos and Gatorade after the Half Dome hike and I was literally not sore the next day while all my friends were.

Sucralose as well.

Maybe placebo, but cheap enough to try.
I don't like when it has caffeine since I take it after working out in the evenings. This is a good deal for the quality stuff - thanks!
