For a Sabrent 2230? This is a great price. Few months ago this was $150

It's a good price if you want this specific drive right now. However, you can get 2230 1TB drives for $60 (Solidigm P41 at NewEgg) to $70 (Micron 2400 at CDW) that will perform essentially the same in a Steam Deck.

For a laptop drive, spending more for a TLC drive (the Sabrent) could make sense for some use cases.

Prices have been dropping rapidly recently, so it's also not such a good deal you'd want to buy for a future need.

Around $60 is a good price for these right now. 2TB about $130-$140.

i only started with 64 gb model. I intended to upgrade from day 1. The rog ally looks awesome. I've been loving the deck.
