I have this air fryer. Absolutely wonderful! The control symbols are a little confusing, but you can figure it out.

Wanted to get this as I like the size, white and glass window. However, I don't like the design of the basket as it looks like if you try to dump the food out the grate on the bottom will also fall out. Means you have to lift everything out manually. Also, previous reviews say the UI is annoying

I agree. I bought a slickdeal Emerald airfryer from best buy like two years ago that's still running strong. The entire basket comes out of the tray. Not really into airfryers where they have the little bottom grate and that's it.

I have 3 qt of this and it's good. But i dont use it anymore since I'm not sure if it has those forever materials in its non stick surfaces?

I got this deal when it was active 2 or 3 weeks ago. So far it's really good. I haven't had another air fryer so I have nothing to compare it to, and I'd complain the controls are a bit dumb, but overall the food comes out good, it feels real sturdy, and was only $50

I have this air fryer and use it almost daily. The grate does not fall out for me but this unit also comes with a silicone basket so you can use that and remove it separately without having to turn over the entire basket/drawer. Using the silicone basket does negate having the see-through window so up to you which works best for what you are cooking.
Also, the UI is fine - pretty intuitive once you have used it a couple of times. But I also have the smaller version of the Crux so I was already used to the UI.

No non-stick surfaces made in the last two decades have forever materials (PFOA) that are thought to be harmful. You have nothing to worry about.

My Ninja is damn good. A similar model from Gourmia was bringing noticeably less air/heat. I was prepping the fried chicken the same way. And one was noticeably more soggy. Also, the Ninja is loud but it get it CRISPY. I was running the test simultaneously at the same temperature. Even though the Gourmia was larger capacity but I had to decrease the amount of chicken legs I was cooking at a time. The Gourmia was pretty quiet though.
