Avoid this brand LIKE THE PLAGUE.

ToTo is top of the line. BioBidet will break in 2 years (hinge on the right side)
biobidet is not a good brand just sharing my experience. Bought toto's after my BB broke it never worked right anyway dumb thing was wonky. TOTO so much better. I would pay even as much as double for a toto over this brand. -Bean
I bought this when it went on sale at this price last time. So far it's been absolutely awesome, can't comment on the longevity yet but the features at this price are pretty amazing!

We recently got a non-electric simple kohler bidet seat. Whichever bidet seat you go with, it is a game changer. Love it.

Bb I got 3 years ago broke just outside of the warranty. The company offered me some small percent off of a new one. I have an old Toto that has been going strong for 6½ years.

Brondell is another good brand.

It's also not a huge loss because out of all mine the bb has by far the lowest water pressure spray.

Same with me also BB 2000 the best of the best broke on me after 3 1/2 years. Honestly the manual ones for $50 clean much better. The only thing I liked about the electric one was the warm water but living in Oklahoma I really only had to use it 3 months of the year. I never used the seat warmer. The dryer doesn't do much either. Only if I lived in a cold climate 6 months of the year would I ever consider buying an electric one again. My $50 manual one cleans better than the at the time $399 BB 2000

I bought this one from a Costco deal in Feb of '22. It's been working well enough since then. It very occasionally has an issue with low pressure. Usually running it through a cleaning cycle resolves it. No issues to report otherwise.

Mine bought from Costco broke after three years of normal use, the plastics just started falling apart, the seat cracking and the connector to the base failing, would not recommend.

Thank you. I didn't know it had a cleaning cycle. For those that own this model here's how:
Press the Rear

button for 2 seconds to start auto cleaning.

The nozzle will be cleaned for 30 seconds and returned automatically.

Had mine for over 6 years, been working great without issue with soften water. Added a Brdl as backup for the master room; wifey still prefers BB

that means you will need more toiletpaper to dry your ass. dont tell me you only need a couple pieces of paper to completely dry it.
