Avoid this brand LIKE THE PLAGUE.

ToTo is top of the line. BioBidet will break in 2 years (hinge on the right side)

biobidet is not a good brand just sharing my experience. Bought toto's after my BB broke it never worked right anyway dumb thing was wonky. TOTO so much better. I would pay even as much as double for a toto over this brand. -Bean

I bought this when it went on sale at this price last time. So far it's been absolutely awesome, can't comment on the longevity yet but the features at this price are pretty amazing!

I've been "bidet curious" for a while now so I suppose this sale is a good time to bite. I bought this and a Toto Washlet ($359.99 @ Costco, not on sale) based on some of these comments. I'm not really concerned about it breaking since Costco returns are a breeze but if Toto's performance is far superior, I'd rather keep the better of the two.

I would avoid this brand. I purchased one from BioBidet on another slickdeal and the thing lasted about a month before the nozzle refused to come out of its home. Junk.

Toto is absolutely the better option. BioBidet seems to be junk and their customer service is abysmal.

HUH? Who said anything about toilet paper?
so you plan to install this without any reasons related to your toilet paper usage?

I have used this exact one for 3 years now. The problem is if you don't clean the nozzle often enough, it can backflow into the main body of the bidet and leak out the left side (the side with the power button). It has worked fine otherwise.

I would add that yes, the water pressure has dropped since new. It's probably 75%-80%. Maybe even less. I still use it.

Agreed, BioBidet is manufactured by a low quality American plastics manufacturer named Bemis that somehow is the only company left on the planet that can't make a working toilet seat hinge. Literally every part of my Biobidet has broken and it just no longer has a lid.

The mechanics all work, it's just the cheap plastic.

I've had this one for the past 4 years and it's been great, survived 3 moves.

FWIW I had to work with their customer service within the last two weeks and they have been a pleasure. Prompt responses, helpful feedback, and ultimately a quick replacement of the defective seat.

Hmmm didn't know biobidet had so many issues but mine still works but the lid soft close broke at year 2 or 3. I'll be trying a new brand for the next one it sounds like!

Had it for about 3 years, many parts of the plastic are broken. Just wonder why Costco still carries it
