Wrong product. The deal is on Hydrating Facial Cleanser, not Foaming. Hydrating is paraben-free. Foaming has parabens.

Careful. This one actually has parabens listed in the ingredients despite being "Paraben Free"

If you have oily skin, and wants facial cleanser that wash away oil, do not buy this. This is designed specifically for dry skin, and dry skin only.

Nothing wrong with parabens. Source [washingtonpost.com]

According to "Parabens Toxicology," a 2019 review of the literature led by surgical dermatologist Anthony Fransway, no study of parabens has concluded that they contribute to hormone disruption, breast cancer or skin cancer in humans. "Until such time as convincing data are published and verified, claims that parabens have any role in these controversial and important health problems are premature," the researchers wrote.

I have dry skin and have been using Aveeno Radiant wash for many years. I like to just wash my face and use one product to remove makeup and all. Aveeno worked fine for this but recently the price has become outrageous (something like $19) and I looked for a cheaper alternative. Found this one. It's not bad but I liked Aveeno more. Some issues with this one: 1) it doesn't remove makeup very well; 2) it leaves your skin with a weird feeling like it's been slathered with silicone. (I'm not sure how best to describe this sensation.) I don't think I'll buy it again.

Recent reviews say they changed the formula of the equate one and it's causing breakouts for some. Might still be worth trying though!
