You seriously think astronauts invented that in space??!! Pretty sure that was invented in the US and it was called a Flowbee.
My dog hates the vacuum, hates getting her hair cut too (even with scissors). So double negative means she will love this right??
50/50 your pet will love it or hate it

Isn't there a celebrity who raved about using it on their hair a few years ago. And then flowbee flew off the shelf.

I'm probably wrong but the name that comes to mind is Bob Barker (of all people). It might have just been a prize on the show but I can just hear him pitching it.

Ya know, I was in disbelief of these until I bought one a few weeks back and I love it! I never bought this brand, mainly because they're all the same, just different look. One I got cost me $48 and I'm super happy with it. Just search grooming vacuum on amazon and if you notice, a lot have a $30-$70 coupon to clips. I wouldn't pay over $50 for these since they're all over there and prices fluctuate daily.

I have a long haired dog and it's perfect!

Just like I said, maybe find a different one since they are cheaper

Here's an example. This one is $99 but has a 50% off coupon. So it's $49.99…

thx -- youre totally right ....

I'd love to try it but I don't trust Woot to allow a return if the cat hates it, they're terrible.

It's purchased thru Amazon so your safe to try

Why should a retailer be on the hook because your cat doesn't like vacuums?
why should you be stuck with a product if it doesnt work out? who's going to be willing to try out new products if they dont offer somewhat of a guarantee of satisfaction? why would i risk spending the money at all?

do you even own pets?

Fake retail price. This grooming vacuum is usually around $70-$100. Lots of competitors have regular price around $85 too.
Btw, anyone know which is best for regular size poodle?

bro.. at this price just get a dedicated shop vac from home depot and a good pet clipper, comb and rake... this thing isnt going to suck up 100% of the hair from your pet and youre gonna spend a good amount of time cleaning it off afterwards anyway

I hate having too many single use gadgets...there are 3rd party attachments that fit onto dyson vacuums if you already have a dyson cord-free vacuum, I found those very useful. Probably won't find clippers but many breeds don't need trimmed like that.

I got something similar to this earlier this year, except mine was made to connect to your existing vacuum, but I imagine it works the same. I was extremely skeptical about this at first, but it was extremely efficient. At first I was just using the clippers by itself and I would make one pass, then stop to brush off the hair off the blades, and repeat. This was not very efficient since one hand was also holding the dog. However, using it in conjunction with the vacuum saved me the extra step of brushing the hair off of the clippers and made the hole process much smoother. My dog didn't come out perfect, but saved me $80 + tip, so I'm happy with it.

Was skeptical but purchased and this is amazing. My Aussie comes willingly to this. Very functional attachments and well built. I am very pleased with the purchase and encourage those on the fence to give it a try

I have a commercial grooming setup in my house, including a commercial hair vac system. Yes, I own pets.
