Does this include 1.5gb of data plan every month for a year or just a one time thing and that's all you get?
My problem is that after putting in QVC as the retailer and providing my order number and then supplying the IMEI number, it drops me on the page asking me to "Select a Plan".
So, I'm stuck because I don't want to purchase a plan, and I don't have a Service Plan Pin because the card in the box with the phone clearly stated that "Your initial Service Plan comes bundled with your phone and will be automatically added during the activation process."
I tried calling and the help reps said they couldn't see anything about my order and that I would have to call QVC to have them send me a card with a code.
Help?!
My problem is that after putting in QVC as the retailer and providing my order number and then supplying the IMEI number, it drops me on the page asking me to "Select a Plan".

You just go to TF site & select I have a TF, choose if you want a new number or keep current number and enter the IMEI & it should activate. The plan is loaded on the sim & there is no pin needed (they stopped using pin numbers for bundled phones several years ago).

I'm curious where you were activating since TF doesn't ask anything about where you bought it or order number when activating.
