Seems like the trickiest part is prying off a plastic trim piece. Everything else is just disconnecting electrical/unscrewing things, but that's just my own opinion. You can read the steps and decide if it's DIYable.
Looks like that was the 2D (was looking at prior deals before FP'ing this one).
I can't believe how many people they must ripoff with this scam on a daily basis. Best buy is extremely untrustworthy these days.

And if you bought a package deal and didn't return everything included, of course they won't refund you the entire purchase price. That's common sense.
