Edit: Cancelled my order from Costco since Target price matched. It was a hassle getting Costco to approve and ship the correct Apple TV 4K after they sent me the wrong one. Good luck!
A note for anyone price-matching at Target--I just got pushback on the price match per the rep claiming it was a membership only price. I refuted that, claiming that there was nothing on the Costco item page claiming it was a member's only price. They further checked with their supervisory team, and eventually approved it.
