Asus Zenfone 10 just went live in the United States officially today. If you were holding out for a non intentional version of the phone it's here.

For a short time they are including their $99 buds too but it is also available through Amazon ... I am pretty sure you have to use Asus.com for the free buds.

It has been reported that the Zenphone line is dead, with the 10 being the last one. Then Zenphone team has been laid off, but the ROG phone team remains untouched according to the source. https://www.androidpolice.com/asu...-suggests/

Note that Zenfone 10 and last year's 9 both are limited to only 2-years of OS updates if that's important for anyone. Compared to 4-years for Samsung S23 series.

Reasons I'd buy it over the S23:

Headphone jack
Non-glass back
Bigger battery
Side fingerprint reader
Gimbal camera stabilization

I usually prefer big phones, but the Zenfone 9 did tempt me last year. Happy to see a small(ish) option staying on the market with that feature set.

Many youtube reviews feel this Zenfone 10 is the compact android phone of the year.

I've been following the Zenphone reddit and a few people are saying that it might be missing some bands for T-Mobile just like the Zenphone 9 causing it to have slow data download. I wanted this phone so bad due to the slimmer form factor than the S23 since I feel that my S22 is still too wide and the Z10 is actually in the sweet spot. Prior to my S22 I was using my S10e which was almost perfect.

Update: I am on mine right now. I LOVE this phone. Battery life is amazing. Pix are fantastic. It's fast and so easy. No annoying Samsung bloatware. So glad I made the leap.
