Looking for a good mini fridge

My 1.6 cu ft. Frigidaire which ran for like 11 years finally died. I'm amazed it lasted that long.

Anyone know where to get a decent quality mini fridge? I'm looking for a 3+ cu ft. one with a separate freezer. Preferably below ~$175. I'd buy Frigidaire again if I knew it could last another decade but it feels like that was a fluke. (Should I purchase extended warranty?)

Fridges always seems like a crapshoot. Any input would be appreciated.

Damn I didn't get a notification for this. Is it only in-store? If it's the one on their website that one doesn't have a separate freezer compartment.
