Title says enhanced but it's the nano. Enhanced has two programmable buttons in the back and the nano is smaller than the switch pro controller.

This is correct. You can see on Amazon [amazon.com] that the designs for sale on Woot are from the Nano line. I tried the wireless Nano and returned it - even my kids found it to be a little bit too small after using full-sized controllers. Still, it's a good price if you need a basic controller for small hands.

We got one of these a while ago and I noticed lag in this and the joy cons whenever it was plugged in. Anyone else have an issue or know of a fix for this?

Woot is not a reputable company. Amazon owned, but their practices are shady at best. I've never once bought from them and had an item arrive as advertised.

Has anyone got this to work on PC like the full size PowerA wired Switch controllers?
I cannot get this to show up, as the USB device is not detected.
