Shipping is $19.95 or free on orders of $129+.

The website says that "TurboTurf Tall Fescue Grass Seed is made up of the best and most resilient cultivars of tall fescue." I could not find details.

Also, the website calculator recommends 10 lbs for 1000 square feet (for new lawn), so I am guessing that this is not pure grass seed.

Probably 20 year old cultivars (Rebel 3 or similar). Not as cutting edge as newer ntep entrants, but probably fairly competent. This is not likely designed for someone that wants an elite. Just for someone that wants green where there used to be brown.
