300mg caffeine is on the high side for me but I'll still give this a shot at this price. Maybe I'll use a bit less than the full serving.

Don't consume fasted, gave me stomach ache. I returned it after trying. Also, not the best recepie, no need to include Amino acids in a pre.

c4 has low dosages of its ingredients.

C4 ultimate is the only c4 worth taking. Every other one of their products is massively underdosed on everything except caffeine. Pre JYM has great dose of everything you want in a pre workout (beta alenine, citrulline, etc)

Pump fuel uses a propriatery blend, so its hard to say but this should be just as good. (And doesnt cost $2.50 per serving)

Probably one of the "best" if only at least this brand openly shares ingredients and dosages. Anyone can put a ton of caffeine in a bottle and it "will work", but this has meaningful dosages of the other ingredients that can enhance your gym performance.

All that said, I would not pound this but sip slowly over a period of 15-20 minutes. Smoother experience.
