I've used different products over the years and all have held up phenomenally well.
The ones that changed the travel game for were their compression packing cubes. They quite literally compress to half their size. Highly recommended if you like to travel with carry on only.

For those that picked up REI gift cards a few weeks ago as part of Target deal, it's a great opportunity to double dip, so to speak.

Just space to store it and 2 able bodied people to lift it up and down. It's not that heavy but awkward for one person on a tall vehicle
What are my options. Are they repairable or any warranty?

If there's more structural damage such that it no longer holds its shape, you could patch it with glues designed for the material and thin sheets of plastic on the inside and outside. It would be thicker than before but would be as strong or stronger than new. Using the right glue makes a huge difference; for instance, Weld On 16 works amazingly on acrylics for a stronger-than new bond, but if you use it on an incompatible plastic, it's no stronger than Elmer's school glue.
Can you please explain
They have cheaper options on Amazons that are a canvas material. Those are fine for single use. I did that for my trip across country and it was super loud. I've since bought a Thule box and will never look back. So much more convenient.

If the crack is not structural, just get some Oatey medium black ABS cement. It's what the carrier is made of, it'll melt and seal the crack. If there are some structural issues, use the same ABS cement with fiberglass material on the inside. Clean and prep surface for better adhesion. Search YouTube for some example videos.
I had a Skybox 5ish years ago that they wouldn't warranty even though it was a defect that was well known for that model. If I remember right, the rivets around the locks give out so you're forced to drill them out if you want to open it. Doing that you permanently damage the box so you can't just change out the locks for a new set. I was pretty salty from that so I only buy/own Thule now.
