the image quality has been fine/good when I've done these but it's some of those finer details that can be hit or miss for me. the image wrap leaves plenty of wiggle room for such imprecisions
I've had best luck printing portraits by either picking photos with heavy bokeh effect, or using an editor to make the background softer.
Softer natural Landscapes do great. Building landscapes not so much.
Technical/Lineart - don't bother
Funny since I knew their imprecise borders were a problem but thought I would avoid it by framing. ALWAYS USE PHOTO WRAP WHEN ORDERING CANVAS TRANSFERS FROM THESE CLOWNS and if your image doesn't work with photo wrap (as mine didn't), don't bother.
