Contacted the seller and they were very dismissive. Just said to issue eBay Return. The item weighs almost 100lbs in packaging. They want me to load into my car, drive to a UPS, unload from my car, take my hand truck to get into UPS store for what? A refund of what I paid?
They know 100% they never inspected the item, sent an item that did NOT match their description and was NOT refurbished but instead USED (and / or returned after used and never inspected). This seller should not be trusted and buy definitely at your own risk
I do not think all of the effort to return is anywhere worth us being EVEN. And the seller knows this too which is why they DARE you to do the return process

Tried with a couple things, with a ~1500W kettle output cut off almost immediately. It also had the electronics on the base quickly cycling on/off without the kettle ON.
https://i.imgur.com/ceD7X21.mp4 audio/video of it in action - unit looks and is in pretty good overall but some of the stickers on the top were yellowed by the sun (and/or heat). Pretty sure the hour meter was blank too as if reset - I don't think it even showed a 0.
Initially I'd started out charging my EF Delta 2 at 200W, which went ok, and 400W, neither really kicked it up above eco idle. 600W is where it output started cutting pretty much right away. Yes, I also tried this on eco mode - similar behavior.
I did get the Delta 2 to charge at approximately its max 1200W for a bit, but didn't maintain it because it was getting late There may be hope.. but I've got the dual fuel 3200/400W unit coming.
Mine was no good when tested with loads - AC output dropped out frequently and wasn't happy/reliable at all for any loads over 600W & got a refund.

I tested it with over 1000watts of fans running and nothing cut out. Voltage was steady ~123, frequency was dead on 60hz, don't have equipment to test THD but a UPS sees it as clean so. Tested Eco mode, regular, let it run, everything I could other than pushing the full 2900 watts which I will do soon as we live in hurricane areas.

And glad to hear they're not all defective like the one I got, lol.. I've got the 3200/4000W dual fuel ordered now, once that comes I'll probably run two heaters on it to make sure it can do ~3000W output.

I put some oil in it, hooked it up to a propane tank and it started right up with the electric start. Let it run for a few minutes plug a few things in an turned on to test under load and was working fine. Slick.
