Based on Wal-Mart review this isn't the normal experience, seems to be much much worse. However, both of mine shipped out of Fort Worth, so maybe that distributed center isn't all that bad? Or likely I just got lucky. Extremely YMMV. I'd only order if you have an easy way to return them to a store like a truck or something if anything goes wrong.
Yes theres definitely problems with damaged product during shipment. However most people in the reviews had no complaint.
