Cane Sugar and various fruits/vegetable extracts and pastes to sweeten the snack is STILL natural in the logical sense.

I love the Oatmeal Crumble, better than the fig bars. And I do really like the fig bars.
The current price for me is $15.96 or 0.44 a bar which is cheaper than my local Costco, $13.69 for 24 or 0.57 a bar. But they have both Apple and Strawberry.

But why? It still causes a spike & crash. It's still an immunosuppressant. Choose antioxidants and phytonutrients. Grab some fruit, fuel and hydrate your body at the same time for those 5ks. Just my cents for the interwebs, have a great night.
