Yeah, part of the reason I try to post deals like this is because I want to make sure ZWave and Zigbee stay on the market. Wifi smart devices are useful if you're only going to use one or two but get annoying in a hurry.

Hubitat will let you do anything you can think of and more. Endless customization, integration and options at your finger tips all on your local network. The deeper you go the harder it is to get out. Every time a light switch is flipped, door opened, motion detected, temperature/humidity changes, faucet is turned on, washer is run, fridge makes ice, device connects to your network, skunk walks through your backyard at midnight... Your brain can't help but process the chain reaction of profiles, variables, loops, if then statements, timers, delays, counters that you spent 4 years configuring, patching and breaking. Your family will blame you for everything that goes wrong and you will lose sleep tip toeing around the house at 3am because it's the only time when you can safely debug , troubleshoot or test new settings without your wife raging.

Ctrl+z before it's too late.

Great vendor, every order I've placed (and there's been a lot) has been smooth. TU OP.

Have had good luck with Zooz stuff from this site as well as their support. TBH we are lucky they make some of this stuff with all the wifi crap lately. You can pry my z-wave devices from my cold, dead hands.

Thanks! Been using Z-Wave devices since 2012 and not a fan of the "new" wifi, etc, devices.

I have had horrible experiences with this vendor. The products are decent if you can get them. They chose to block me from ordering for made-up reasons and refused to return calls and emails. Total amateur hour. Children running this business. Their return policy is terrible and they sent me a defective product and refused to give me a full refund. I tried for months to order more products and they canceled the orders each time. While there are some reports of happy buyers from them, there are also stories matching my experience in the reviews in the wild. Buyer be warned.

Habitat is cool but a pain in the ass sometimes. Def not user friendly. I try to use smart things for my house and works awesome.

The relays intrigue me. Anyone have some examples of use cases. I'm almost out of zwave things to get for my house and am always looking for new excuses to add more automation. Haha.

Zoos has been smooth for me. Did have some issues getting their scene controller to connect to HA but they had directions for that exact problem on their website.

I been wanting to get into home automation for a little while now. Should stick with Zigbee/Z-Wave or wait for Matter to become more prevalent?

Edit: I am referring to the Zen17
I use mine to turn two separate long range driveway sensors into Motion Sensors in Home Assistant. Works great and gets used multiple times a day without fail.

I see them as one of those devices that can do 100 things but there are also 95 devices out there that do 1 thing and with less knowledge required for setup.

For anyone looking for a multisensor to use with HA I would avoid the ZSE11 and go with the Aeotec Multisensor. The 3 ZSE11's I have are useless. The two Aeotec's have been dependable.

It's a pity the ZEN25 Double Plug have been discontinued. I have several of those and one went bad recently (it kept going offline by itself anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, despite doing numerous factory resets).

Since it was out of warranty, Zooz was nice enough to send me me a gift card coupon for 40% off anything from The Smartest House store and the next closest thing to having a double plug is the Zooz ZEN14 Double Outdoor Plug.

SmartThing's recent change on their backend to the Edge drivers really made a mess of the whole architecture, IMHO.
