The general consensus from almost every dentist and orthodontist is that it's no better than paying $80 to get an oral b smart 1500 with the floss action brush heads.

However, I didn't notice that it cleans any better than the classic head. In fact, I find that the classic cleans better. Not really worth it for 50% more per brush had than the classic heads. They're $49 for 6 heads at my Sam's Club vs $55 for 10 on the classic heads, though both go on sale for a bit cheaper.
