Decent not amazing.
Got it for my parents a while back after they liked my Roborock. I paid about the same price. I'm ok with the purchase but don't consider it a steal

It works. Self emptying is nice.
But it's very basic/dated compared to other brands
Exs:
-scheduling feature is whole house or nothing. Despite having mapping and room features which you can select individually for immediate cleaning the schedule feature is just whole house. on my Roborock I have it do certain areas nightly some rooms every 3 days, whole house once a week. can't do that with shark
-the navigation is weird/not super efficient. It does rows. But then randomly detours to another area of the room.

does woot handle returns any different than amazon? Considering SHARK UZ565H Pro Cordless Vacuum it's $10 more on amazon. Since a lot of the complaints seem to revolve around the woot return process and being sent a defective refurbished vacuum, would it be better to get from amazon and not fight with a 3rd party seller.

Anyone know what the battery warranty/coverage is for the cordless vacuums when refurbished?

better question here is do the cordless vacuums there come with battery? I don't see battery / charger mentioned as included. Only vacuum and accessories. Unless they consider battery as part of vacuum.

Repped, thank you. I was just going to buy the previous model of the steam and scrub new for around $120. I'll take a chance at $50 for a refurbed newer model, may add a 3 year warranty for $6-7.

Canister vac photo doesn't match description. CV101 model doesn't come with the rotating brush like the pic falsely shows. Amazon made the same mistake and we ended up with a vacuum still in the box that we can't use

Nope. And last time I bought something ($20 tool box), my Amazon card somehow flagged it as fraud and as such all 15 echo devices on my account were immediately reset, my kindles (and my parents and kids devices) were all reset.

So, not only did I not wake up for work the next morning bc my kindle was inoperable until the payment issue was resolved, I had a make a trip to my parents to set their devices back up. I had to reconfigure all of my groups and routines, smart devices, nests, smart lighting.

Done with Amazon and woot.

Look in the description, it's a link to Asurion on Amazon.

The only UZ565H Amazon listing I see for $100 is shipped and sold by Woot, so you'd still be dealing with them. (Woot's Amazon seller page says "To initiate a return, visit Amazon's Online Return Center to request a return authorization from the seller.") I've noticed that they often do sell through Amazon itself for a very slightly higher price, at least for vacuums. But Woot gives 30 days to return a defective item, whereas Amazon gives 90 days, since it considers it "Amazon Renewed." Probably worth the extra ten bucks for that alone.

I bought a refurbished Shark upright from Woot a few years ago that was defective right out of the box, and I had no trouble getting a prepaid return label and a refund. But I also requested the return right away, since the defect was immediately noticeable (suction at the hose was fine, but the brush roller stopped spinning and claimed to be jammed the moment it touched the rug), so maybe that affected it. Sounds like their return process can be unpredictable. Since it falls under the Amazon Renewed category, Amazon itself might be able to step in if things go wrong, so I'd buy from there.

Yes it's different. I was finally able to connect to CS x2 regarding a purchase. The time is spotty for availability . Tendency to just hang up. Seems out of state contacts. First CS rep wanted me to buy a box for a king bed and stuff it in there for shipping. Told him I can't and he kept saying put it into the original box which is 1/4 the size of the mattress. Proceed to tell me he will send usps to the house to pick it up and no word of it on the day of. 2nd Rep actually did something and just refunded me.

I'm gonna be more careful with purchase from woot from now on. Either take it as a loss or buy at low low price. GL
