I always love the "baking soda and vinegar" cure-all.

Pink Stuff is what I used to call Mountain Dew Code Red. Did that enough through college that the girl at Tijuana flats just started calling me Pink Stuff.

Anyhow, is this just a "consumer friendly" barkeepers friend competitor?

I got this recently instead of scrub daddy power paste, thinking they were about the same. The SO was disappointed and we ended up ordering the power paste.

This stuff works great. I had a nylon chair with stains on it and this took the stains right out. Scrubbing it with a brush alone and soap did nothing but this actually worked to get the stain out like it never existed with very little effort.

I also have Barkeeper's friend but used that on a glass stovetop with great results but I have not used this pink stuff for the same purpose, so I can't directly compare the 2.

Pink Stuff is a bit more abrasive I think. Barkeeper's trick is oxalic acid.​

I have one and using it now, it's not that much better than the scrubbing powder (you know the powder version of Jif), it smells nicer but I still needed to scrub to hell to get those stains off. I got it for about $3 and for that price it is ok (I live in Europe). I have something more powerful to remove grease so it's not the most efficient stuff out there.
