I think it is gritty, right? So def not all-purpose.
Wifey bought this. I checked it out and I figure it is closest to Soft Scrub as a cleaner without any bleach (optional for Sooft Scrub).

This stuff doesn't work on hard water stains and grime. Still ended using a chisel-like tool to scrape.
