These are good but if you don't need the ratchet you can of course do better.
It's a great kit for the 12v line. I have an older fuel version I use at home. I almost never use my m18 impact or drill at home. I use this exact kit at work all the time and have been very pleased using it for shorter/smaller jobs.

If you need to drill a lot of holes in concrete, a 12 volt drill with hammer function wont last long and it will also be a pain in the ass

The impacts of an impact driver rotate the bit with added force which is great for driving screws, but not for drilling. The hammering of a hammer drill is in line with the drill bit, pulverizing the concrete in front of the bit before the flutes spin it away.
