Good deal as I got the vanilla last time. Not bad taste but be prepared for protein dust to be everywhere...

I'm not sure what people think plant proteins are... mostly just lectins.

I'm beginning to lift weights and was wondering if this is a good protein shake to begin with? Any tips will help.

Can't go wrong for 10$, but it does taste like mud and has a unique consistency.

"Lectins" doesn't seem like a word conducive to rhyming in poetry.

Can agree to this as I have in previous posts. If you chug it you'll get it down but it's very grainy and legitimately tastes like dirt.

Try to get as much as you can from actual food and don't be scared to gain weight if you're wanting to put on mass. Use it as a supplement to regular meals. Form a good gym habit and track your macros and you'll be good.

I never tried mud or dirty but this one is actually ok, not bad for my test.
