Football Manager 23 is really good, if you like soccer and never played the FM series then you are missing out.

As others have said...Football Manager. Even if you've never heard of it and aren't interested in soccer, for free it's worth a try. It's absolutely not for everyone, but if it is for you, be prepared to lose days of your life.
