I definitely don't have that option as mentioned. I dunno what version phone you are using, firmware, Android version, etc., to have those options. Confused It would be nice option though.

Was able to place an order online. The credit card needs "ask you a few questions" to confirm the identity. After answering those, the order went though. Anyone knows how to turn off auto-renew?

well, according to your screenshot, you have the tmobile version, because it shows tmobile service, and the deal here is for the Moto G Stylus 5G 2023 from Metro By Tmobile version, which is the one I have right now, don't know if your phone version is different
